Vacation to Sarawak January 11, 2007

23 rd jan – 30 jan 2006 i have been in sarawak.
Alhamdulillah my 2006 determination to fly was invoked, for the whole of my life this is the first time I have flew. Well, I should thank to suraya coz diala yang beria ask me to come to
Sarawak. She booked my ticket online while that I was too busy marking student paper exam, update all official file and student data.
Well this is my 1st experience with airplane and no body has accompany me…hehe…I thought this what we call adventure, physical and mental test ^_^ sebelum ni hantar orang je. Dahla 1st time sorang2 pulak tu. My flight on 23rd December 2006 at 3 pm. I depart from Pengkalan Chepa airport at Kelantan. Mom, Apih and Haris yg hantar aku. Huh… cuak ada, excited pun ada….macam2 fikir ni. Alhamdulillah Allah kept me safe.
I reached at LCCT KL at 4 pm. My flight to Kuching should at 6 pm but has delayed at 8 pm. So bored but I kept smiling on my face and studied people there. I should take this time to do some explorace at LCCT hehe… poor to Azam N Sarah also surayya who were waited me there. They had reached Kuching airport at 9 pm but my flight has reached about 11 pm. It should take 2 hour only but because of technically system (I guess ^?^ ) it has depart at 9 pm. Then we have some dinner at hmm… I don’t know where??? and the place is nice. Tired but really, really excited.
This is surayya my friend at university. we know each other because we were in 1 group during orientation week at KUiTTHO. We have some argument and don’t know how we can have friendship. Good friend actually. Take time to really like her.

the owner house that we lodged at. Actually azam is my class mate at KUiTTHO and Sarah is also my friend because her room is behind my room in hostel while we 1st year at university. Both are loving couple at university and has married last August. They are lecturer at Politeknik Kuching. I hope their honey moon session has end, sorry friend don’t mean to disturb ur pengantin baru moment…hehe…x pasal2 kacau org baru kahwin.
1st day didn’t know where this couple will took us but they said want to take us go to shopping place. But the 1st place we went to wind cave. Never entered the cave because surayya’s knee has injured. To explore the cave will take about…hmm … I don’t knowlah. Lg pn nak window shopping lg.
I love shopping but I think I only afford to shopping window. Beli tingkap pun jadilah .^_^.
Then we go to blue lake…this is living mine. No creature living in this lake because of high level of arsenic in the water.
Then water front. There are so many art crafts sold here.
Kuching means cat, so here there are many kind of cat figures sold.

Replica that we see as we enter the gate. The ticket is rm 30 but I still have my student card so got discount less rm20. cayalah (‘o,’)
A kind of culture dances that shows there. After watched this show we have visit the houses of Sarawak races like Penan people, Bidayuh, Kadazan, Dusun etc…I forgotlah.

Then, at the evening flight at 6 pm surayya and I have flew to Bakun go Surayya’s work place, Bakun dam. I have spent my holiday at Bakun about 5 days… actually this places not suitable for girls who like window shopping… ^_^ but the view is very nice.
The day for me to go back to my own place has reached…bye, bye Surayya…I m gonna be miss u babeh…

Sarawak. Don’t know when I will come again. There are so many place I want to go, so don’t know either there is some time for me to come soon. What ever thank to everybody who has accompanied me there, treat me well… specially to surayya, azam and sarah. ^_^
Hmm, actually am looking some info about Sarawak, esp Kuching. Found ur blog. Thanx for the info u’ve shared. Just if u can write all in Malay, it would be better and appreciated. TQ anyway.
