  2. w’salam. ok flaxseed itu adalah biji benih bunga flax. kalau nak belinya boleh dapatkan di farmasi-farmasi. bagitahu je kata nak flaxseed insya Allah ahli farmasi akan tunjukkan. lagi satu ia ada dalam 2 bentuk iaitu bentuk asalnya dalam keadaan bijih benih seperti biji kuaci yang telah dibuang kulitnya. jika dalam bentuk ini kita ambil 1 sudu dan kena kunyah atau pun ble tabur dalam makanan yang kita makan tapi jangan dimasak. manakala bentuk lg satu adalah dalam bentuk minyak, yang ini pada saya lagi mudah sebab terus telan je. wallahua’lam.

  3. saya tgh cari makna flaxseed sana sini dlm internet ni. tpi msih tak dapat bayangkn apa itu biji benih bunga flax. sedangkan biji kuaci yg saya tau adalah biji buah labu kn. so apa sebenarnya flax ni? adooii pening kepala. knapa pula nak dapatkn biji2 flax ni kat farmasi instead of dsupermarket. btw saya org brunei.
